West German Navy Officer Visor Cap issued in 1968, constructed from dark navy wool with black band, gold anchor insignia, oak leaf wreath, and federal cockade, internally marked by Albert Kempf K.G. with NATO supply number. Light field wear is present, while the visor, sweatband, insignia, stitching, and interior labels remain intact and legible, making this a strong surviving officer example from the late 1960s.
