WW2 German Kuban Campaign Shield – 1943

WW2 German Kuban Campaign Shield dated 1943, produced in bronze-toned stamped metal and showing a Wehrmacht eagle, swastika, and the place names KRYMSKAJA, LAGUNEN, and NOWOROSSIJSK. The reverse is flat with fold-over prongs for sleeve attachment. Condition is very good, with minor surface wear consistent with age, a well-preserved bronze finish with light patina, and oxidation visible on the reverse.
